4. Zero-Tolerance DUI Policy (Georgia Law)Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate rental termination with no refund, in accordance with Georgia law.

5. GPS Tracking & Geofencing SecurityVehicles are equipped with GPS tracking and geofencing technology for security, recovery, and enforcement of rental policies.

6. No Smoking or Vaping PolicySmoking or vaping inside the vehicle is not allowed. A cleaning and deodorizing fee will apply if this policy is violated.

7. Required Identification at PickupA valid driver’s license and government-issued photo ID are required at the time of vehicle pickup.
